This Privacy Policy explains how CalculatorAnything.com ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use this website.

Calculator inputs

The numbers, dates and other values you type into a calculator are processed entirely in your own browser. We do not transmit, log or store your inputs or results on any server. The only time your inputs leave the page is when you choose to share them yourself, with the Copy link or Email results buttons.

Information stored on your device

A few things are saved in your browser's local storage so the site works better for you: your currency and unit (metric or US) choices, a short history of your last 10 calculations on each calculator (the inputs you entered and the main result) so you can restore them, and a list of the last calculators you used, shown on the home page under "Continue where you left off". History is saved only after you change an input, never from the example values a page opens with. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it with the "Clear history" and "Clear" buttons, or clear all of it through your browser settings.

Shared links

The "Copy link" button puts the inputs of a calculation into the web address so someone else can open the same calculation. Treat such a link like the numbers in it: share it only with people you want to see them. When a shared link is opened, the inputs are read into the calculator and then removed from the address bar, and our analytics records only the page path, not the inputs.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertising, which is how the calculators stay free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu. CalculatorAnything.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
