How It Works
The calculator orders the two dates chronologically, then computes the difference in years, months, and days using calendar-accurate arithmetic that borrows from the previous month or year whenever needed, alongside a direct day count between the two dates for the total-days figure.
Difference = (Years, Months, Days) between the earlier and later date, plus Total Days = (Later Date − Earlier Date) in days.
